Qidong (Qi) Jia joined Celtic House in 2020 and has been managing the firm’s digital healthcare practice. He focuses on innovations in care delivery models, software-as-medical devices, workflow automation, and payment solutions at the pre-seed and seed stages. Qi has a deep passion for the intersection of data and healthcare and believes in the potential of using technologies to improve healthcare resource utilization and lower costs.

Prior to Celtic House, Qi spent many years in entrepreneurial finance, working from middle-market leverage buyouts to early and growth-stage venture capital investments. He was also an active healthcare angel investor and a partner at CentreGold Capital, where he led the fund’s seed investments in health tech. His notable investments include Circadia Health, Cerebral, Virgo, Nirvana, Vincere, and Health Note.

With his extensive experience in venture capital, business development, and go-to-market strategies, Qi brings a unique perspective in supporting early-stage healthcare teams.
