Chloe Huang joined Celtic House Asia Partners as Legal Counsel, specializing in investment and financing, corporate compliance, and providing legal support for pre- and post-investment activities.

Before joining Celtic House, Chloe practiced as an attorney at a leading law firm in PRC, where she provided comprehensive legal support for high-profile clients across various industries. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including transactional structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Chloe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Southern California.
