Noah joins Celtic House as an Investor. He provides companies with solutions such as strategy decoding, organizational design, recruitment, salary plan, talent development and cross-cultural management. He has proposed new management theories such as “transforming the three pillars in marketing system”, “strategic talent map”.

Before joining Celtic House, he was the industry leader of ChinaStone Management Consulting Company, providing management consulting services for enterprises (e.g. Huawei, Bank of China, Midea, TCL).
